 SLEEK MODERN FURNISHINGS – RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 We want you to love your furniture. If something doesn’t work for your space, you’re welcome to exchange it or return it within 30 days. Just ensure the item comes back new, unused, and safely packaged, or extra fees may apply.

RETURN POLICY

 At Sleek Modern Furnishings, we aim to deliver pieces you’ll love. However, if your item doesn’t fit your space or expectations, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window starting from the date of delivery.

Before purchasing, please review the full policy below so you know what to expect.


1. Inspect Your Order on Delivery

Although rare, transit damage may occur.

We recommend that you accept the delivery, then contact us immediately if anything is wrong.

2. How to Request a Return

 Return Requirements

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Premium delivery fees (White Glove or Room of Choice) are non-refundable.
  • Items returned in less-than-new condition may incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Damage caused by inadequate return packaging may also incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Any damage to merchandise is not eligible for a free return, as we offer repair or replacement remedies.

 Cancellations

 Orders canceled before shipment are not subject to return or restocking fees.

3. Repackaging Fees

Repackaging may be required if:

  • You no longer have the original packaging, or
  • You need assistance securing your item for safe return transit.

 We can arrange professional repackaging through our delivery partners. Fees will be deducted from your final refund.

 Repackaging is not charged during an approved exchange where White Glove Delivery is included for the replacement item.

EXCHANGE POLICY

 We are happy to assist with exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

 Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchanges must be for items of equal or similar value (e.g., swapping a king bed for a queen bed).
  • If the new selection costs more, you’ll pay the difference.
  • If it costs less, you’ll be refunded the difference.
  • Exchanges for significantly lower-priced or different product categories may incur return fees.

 Shipping

  • Small items: prepaid return labels provided (customer is responsible for secure packaging).
  • Large items: a one-time White Glove fee will be charged for pickup, repackaging, and delivery of the new item.

 All exchanged items must arrive back at our warehouse in new condition.

FINAL SALE & CUSTOM ORDERS
  • Items marked Final Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Final Sale items with defects or shipping damage will be resolved within 180 days.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled after 3 days of placement and are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged in transit.

FREE TWO-WAY SHIPPING (SELECT ITEMS ONLY)

 For specific small items, we offer free outbound + return shipping.

These items are clearly labeled:

“FREE SHIPPING + FREE RETURN SHIPPING!”

 Conditions:

  • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
  • Damaged or poorly repackaged items will not be accepted.
  • Items delivered via White Glove are not eligible for free returns.
  • Bulk chair orders (8+ bar/dining chairs or 4+ office chairs) are not eligible.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

 Sleek Modern Furnishings offers a one-year limited, non-transferable warranty covering:

  • Frames
  • Stitching
  • Structural defects under normal use

 Warranty does not cover:

  • Tears, pilling, fading
  • Fabric/leather wrinkling
  • Soiling or staining
  • Natural stone fissures
  • Accidental damage

 

Shipping damage must be reported within 72 hours.
